About me: 
             I was first introduced to Yoga in my early 20s and since then I have been discovering new foundations and the meaning of yoga in my daily life. Yoga goes far beyond our body, it is very spiritual practice in many ways. The practice has been transforming my life ever since, it helps me to make the right choices and aligns not only my body but my way of thinking. I’m truly grateful for it.
I have completed multiple Yoga trainings, Stott Pilates and Meditation with inspiring teachers. Life is a never ending journey of learning and discovery. I am trained in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, my style is fluid, mindful with attention to breathing. It’s an absolute honour and  joy to be able to share the magic of yoga and see how the world is transforming around me -  helping others to reach their utmost potential.  
Apart from Yoga and fitness I practice psychotherapy and Arts  which adds to my tools in helping myself and others through the journey which is called Life.
