Passionate about health and transforming the life of people. Qualified as Yoga teacher: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative. Learned from the inspiring teachers: vinyasa training with Alonso Aguilera, Hatha training with Ram Chamadaira and  Yin Yoga with Yogarishi Atmananda. All this at the Indian school Green Yoga International. Completed Stott Pilates advanced Mat training with YMCA. Personal trainer qualification Level two and three with NASM.  
My current interests take me to learning more about yin yoga, mediation and restorative yoga. I include breath work and meditation in my teaching since it is so very important.
